you have to practice some basic things like move your body more this acts like an exercisers and helps you to feel free in moving also while working. you can do this in some ways like climbing upstairs, doing daily routine works in home, playing with child's etc., you know these type of activities will give peace to our soul.
Try taking less fat food(avoid oil fried foods,meats, dairy products and nuts) that is obviously bad for health also helps you to loss your excess weight due to fat.
If you are a smoker quit smoking slowly by decreasing the usage of cigarette.this helps you to recover your health from dangerous disease.
Reduce Stress, you can reduce your daily stress in work or family by thinking about your likes for at least a 30 to 45 minutes to have a peaceful mind. read jokes in books or journals or in online this helps you to smile and LOL. i am sure this really relieves all your tensions in life.

Yoga and its Benefits
Yoga provides innumerable health benefits to those who practice it. More recently Yoga has been shown to benefit people with specific health issues like fibromyalgia, high blood pressure, and scoliosis. As Yoga exercises increase core muscle strength, there is a reduced amount of fatigue and a decrease in muscle pain. Greater levels of endurance and stamina lead to a less depressed physical and mental state. Yoga has also been shown to improve sleep and concentration levels. So as in one side there is unknown and incurable diseases are spreading everywhere but these type of natural excersises helps us to secure from dangerous health issues.
